World Book Day 5th March 2026
Manford Primary School staff dress up for World Book Day!
Over the course of the week, all the classes read the book 'Quest' by Aaron Becker, creating beautiful pieces of writing which we proudly displayed in the corridor. Other activities that the classes engaged in were peer reading sessions, Book Day assemblies, dress-up day, live author workshops and parent/carer stay and read sessions.
The theme for dress-up day this year was to dress up as a word or phrase. We have had so much fun developing our vocabulary and admiring how creative and clever our children and staff are. Please talk to your children about the new vocabulary that they have acquired.
