Welcome to Manford Primary School.

I became Headteacher at Manford Primary in April 2019. We are a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.

Our school vision is newly formed and really sets out our ambitions for Manford:

We believe that Manford children are amazing young people.

We aim to support their development by ensuring they have excellent educational experiences which encourage a love of learning, a pride in all they do and build memories that continue to influence their lives in a positive way.

We want to empower children to know that they have the capacity to make great decisions and change the world.

Our school motto is 'Believe in Yourself' and sets the positive and enabling climate which allows our pupils and staff to thrive. The school has an absolute commitment to valuing every individual and ensuring that our pupils are well prepared for the next step in their education as well as having positive attitudes and skills which will stand them in good stead for their future careers. 

As part of this commitment we have joined an initiative run by UNICEF UK and are currently working on achieving our bronze award.
